The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Save Our SBS Inc will be held on Sunday 24 November 2024 at 12:15pm in Melbourne.
If you are a Full Member (not Associate) with membership fees fully paid and up-to-date and unable to attend the AGM, please complete this Proxy Form at least 24 hours before the AGM.

Under the Rules, all members are entitled to attend but only financial Full Members may vote. Full Members whose membership fees are fully paid and up-to-date but unable to attend the AGM in person, are encouraged to complete this Proxy Form at least 24 hours before the scheduled AGM.
The Notice of AGM email we sent you includes:-
- your Member ID (number);
- your Member Type (Full or Associate);
- your Membership Status (if fees are paid and up-to-date);
- the Agenda.
