We prefer the facilities above are used mainly to email a ‘Message (not for publication)’ to us rather than write a ‘Comment (requested for publication)’. If you do want to write a comment for publication we encourage you to Register as a ‘blogger’ instead of using the facilities above, as, due to administrative reasons, preference for publication is given to ‘bloggers’. How Do I Send An Email?

If you do not want your message to be published, use the box labelled: ‘Message (not for publication)’. Typically you should use this box if you need help or are just asking a question or providing site feedback or just want to send us a private email message etc.

If you do want your text to be published by Save Our SBS use the box labelled: ‘Comment (requested for publication)’. Typically you should only type in this box if you want others to read your views on a particular topic. Your Comment might not be published or may edited. Any material you write and submit is done on a voluntary basis and you will not be paid if your Comment is published. You may choose your own ‘By-line name’ (your handle) that will appear with your Comment if published at the last field labelled: By-line name, otherwise your real name or initials may be published if this last field is left blank.

You may type in both the ‘Message (not for publication)’ box, and, the ‘Comment (requested for publication)’ box, if your email contains some material which you do not want published and other material that you do want published.

When all is done click on the SUBMIT button once. Wait while your screen then displays a message that confirms that your email was sent to us.

As we are a volunteer organisation, there will be a delay before someone reads your email. We do try to reply to most emails, where requested, if we can. Please be patient.

We do not give or sell your email address or your other personal details to anyone else. We do not send spam. From time to time we may occasionally contact you, usually by email, with updates about SBS or via our Save Our SBS eNewsLetters’ or others emails.
